• I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.

• I am not a fugitive from justice.

• I am currently not subject to a restraining order of any kind.

• I have not been adjudicated as a mental defective and I have not been committed to any mental institution.

• I am not an illegal or unlawful alien.

• I have never been, and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.

• I am not currently less than twenty-one (21) years old.

• I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.

 

PROHIBITED SHIPPING ADDRESSES

I will not request that ANCHOR TACTICAL ship prohibited packages outside the lower forty-eight states of the United States or to Massachusetts, Chicago, New York City, or any other area that is prohibited by federal, state, or local law. ANCHOR TACTICAL does ship to Illinois, New Jersey, and Connecticut when proper documentation is provided.  ANCHOR TACTICAL does not ship to APO or PO Boxes.

 

ALL FIREARMS MUST BE SHIPPED TO A VALID FEDERAL FIREARMS DEALER (FFL)

 

ANCHOR TACTICAL complies with all federal, state, and local laws that restrict the sale and transfer of firearms, magazine feeding devices, ammo, and other prohibited products.  The following is a list of restrictions that will include, in some cases policies set forth by ANCHOR TACTICAL.

 

It is YOUR responsibility to know your local and state laws which may prohibit or restrict your ability to purchase certain products that ANCHOR TACTICAL offers for sale.

 

Under the Gun Control Act (GCA), shotguns and rifles, and ammunition for shotguns or rifles may be sold only to individuals 18 years of age or older.  All firearms other than shotguns and rifles, and all ammunition other than ammunition for shotguns or rifles may be sold only to individuals 21 years of age or older.

 

Not applicable for California (unless Law Enforcement) or Massachusetts. 

 

Alaska

No ammunition or primer shipments.

 

Colorado

No mags over 15 rounds.

 

Connecticut

No mags over 10 rounds. Certain firearms may be restricted.

 

Hawaii

No pistol mags over 10 rounds.

No ammunition or primer shipments. 

 

Illinois

Cook County (all cities): No guns, no mags.

 

Maryland

Handguns must be on the Maryland Approved Handgun List.

No mags over 10 rounds.

 

New Jersey

No mags over 15 rounds. Certain semi-auto firearms may be restricted.

Firearms/Ammunition Identification Card: A current, valid, & completely legible New Jersey

Firearms/Ammunition Identification Card must accompany ammunition orders for first time.

Firearms/Ammunition ID card can be submitted by email.

 

New York

Only shipped to locations approved by state and local law.

No mags over 10 rounds.

All online ammunition sales must be shipped to a licensed dealer.  Internet sales of ammunition are allowed, but the ammunition will have to be shipped to an FFL licensed dealer in New York State for pickup. 

 

Washington, DC

No guns. No mags over 10 rounds.

 

INDEMNIFICATION AND AGREE TO DEFEND

I fully agree that if any of my representations when making purchases under the Terms of Sale are incorrect or if I fail to comply with these Terms of Sale, then I will indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release AnchorTac.com and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from my purchase from ANCHOR TACTICAL.

SHIPPING

Shipping is a flat rate charge through the most appropriate shipping source (USPS, UPS, FED-EX). All shipments can be expected within 15 days unless the item is out of stock or back ordered. All firearm inventory availability is subject to change without notice due to ongoing in-store sales at Anchor Tactical headquarters 2346 S Campbell Ave, Springfield, MO 65807.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us via email at info@anchortactical.com with details of the product and the defect within 30 days of purchase. Further instructions will be provided if item is to be returned and/or exchanged.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

You may return your eligible merchandise to ANCHOR TACTICAL for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Refunds will be applied to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Purchases made online at ANCHORTAC.com may also be returned at ANCHOR TACTICAL headquarters in Springfield, Missouri so long as you provide proof of purchase and have the original payment method (e.g., the same credit card you used to purchase the product). Please allow five to ten business days from receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund to post. For more information on returns and exchanges, please review the policies listed below.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS

Any item submitted for return or exchange must be in the original condition in which it was shipped to you. The item must be in new, original condition with no exceptions. The item must have all original tags intact and must not have been laundered, washed, dry-cleaned, or altered in any way.
